Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Delivery Policy

FOR VALENTINE'S AND MOTHER'S DAY: Because of the high volume of orders, we can not time or re-route deliveries. For business, arrangements will be left with reception. For residences, the sender and recipient will both be contacted to inform them that the arrangement will be left on the porch.

We do our best to accomadate same-day deliveries and deliveries at specfic times dependent upon the availability of flowers and area of delivery dependant upon when the order is placed and how busy the delivery day is.

Deliveries outside of regular business hours or placed after same day cutoff may be subject to an additional fee and must be approved by the owner. Feel free to give us a call to work out details.

If No One is Home: Unless the weather is favorable and/or the sender has pre-approved leaving the arrangement on the porch, the delivery person will use the contact number provided to attempt to contact the recipient to see how they would like to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to get in touch with the recipient, a message will be left and the arrangement will be brought back to the shop to be stored in the cooler till re-delivery is arranged.
